This PR adds comments and docstrings to the main.py and api.py files in order to improve code readability and maintainability.

Summary of Changes

main.py

• Added a module-level docstring explaining the purpose of the script.
• Added comments above import statements to explain the purpose of each imported module or function.
• Added a comment above the 'transform' variable to explain its purpose.
• Added comments above the 'trainset' and 'trainloader' variables to explain their purpose.
• Added a comment above the 'Net' class definition to explain its purpose.
• Added docstrings to the 'Net' class and its methods to explain their purpose and functionality.

api.py

• Added a module-level docstring explaining the purpose of the script.
• Added comments above import statements to explain the purpose of each imported module or function.
• Added a comment above the 'model' variable to explain its purpose.
• Added a comment above the 'transform' variable to explain its purpose.
• Added a comment above the 'app' variable to explain its purpose.
• Added a comment above the 'predict' function to explain its purpose.
• Added a docstring to the 'predict' function to explain its purpose, input parameters, and return value.

These changes improve the code documentation and make it easier for developers to understand and maintain the codebase.
